This week, Arne Duncan joins us to talk about the job of running one of the nation's largest public school systems - Chicago Public Schools. It is one of the only systems under mayoral control, and its innovations are legion. But is Chicago getting results?

Also with us is Eric Schwarz. He is president and CEO of , which mobilizes thousands of adult volunteers to provide after-school apprenticeships for middle school students.
