Today on Smart City we'll speak with Gaylynn Burroughs. She's a Staff attorney at the Family Defense Practice at the Bronx Defenders in New York City. She's written an article for the spring issue of Ms. Magazine that describes a disturbing trend in the foster care system.

We'll also speak with Eddie Friel. Eddie Friel was the Chief Executive of the Greater Glasgow Tourism Board. We'll find out how he transformed the reputation of Glasgow Scotland from a grimy industrial town into one of Europe's most fashionable cities.
