About the Show

Mary Jo Waits is the Associate Director of the Morrison Institute for Public Policy at Arizona State University. Much of her research is in the field of economic development, particularly in industry cluster-based economic development strategies and new economy characteristics and implications. She recently spoke to university presidents from across the nation about their role in metropolitan growth.

Curt Coffman is the co-author of "Follow This Path: How the World's Greatest Organizations Drive Growth by Unleashing Human Potential" He is The Gallup Organization's Global Practice Leader for Q12 Management Consulting. His first book was written with Marcus Buckingham, also with Gallup. It's titled First, Break All the Rules, and it was deservedly a best-seller.
