Henry Beer co-founded Communication Arts, Inc. It's a 75-person design and architecture firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, specializing in resort, retail, entertainment, media and branding environments. The firm has worked on the Las Vegas Fashion Show, Denver's Park Meadows, Barcelona's Diagonal Mar, Opry Mills in Nashville, The Prudential Center in Boston and The Block at Orange as well as projects for Universal Studios, Walt Disney Imagineering and Vail Associates.
Henry Beer has won many national design awards and has served on design juries, including the AIA National Honor Awards and the NEA National Design Awards Committee.
As a senior consultant to the Reconnecting America Foundation, Elmo Baca is leading the redevelopment of Las Vegas, New Mexico and teaches graduate courses in "Preservation, Tourism and Community Development."
