About the Show

Mike Lescarbeau is creative director and a partner of One and All in Minneapolis. Before founding the firm, Mike worked two long stints with the Fallon agency, with posts in-between at Boston's Hill Holliday and Leagas Delaney agency in London. Mike and his creative teams have won numerous One Show awards and Golden Lions at the Cannes International Advertising Festival, along with a Grand Effie Award, the industry's highest recognition for effectiveness.

Bruce Turkel says if he had been a better blues harmonica player, he wouldn't be in the ad business. But he is. He was born and raised in Miami - which he says was like being in Flipper - headed to the University of Florida for his degree in design, and then - after a detour to New York - he returned to Miami eventually to form his own agency. Turkel is the only agency Bruce knows of that has created a new brand for a city, a county, a state and a country or two.
