Andy Dolich is president of Business Operations for the Memphis Grizzlies. He has been called the Zelig of sports marketing with a successful track record of achieving turnarounds on behalf of franchises facing both performance and marketing challenges. Andy helped change the face of sports team advertising through the award winning "BillyBall" campaign.

He has been responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the business and marketing side of the Grizzlies since being appointed as President of Business Operations by team owner in May of 2000.

During hisÊ32-year career, he has held a variety of executive positions within professional sports including the NBA, NHL, Major League Baseball, Pro Soccer and Lacrosse.

Pat Gallagher is President of Giants Enterprises. He was a key contributor to the creation and development of the privately-financed Pacific Bell Park, home stadium for the Giants. In his 26 years with the Giants, Pat has been responsible for business operations including advertising, sponsorship, promotions, special events, sales and marketing, community and public relations, ballpark operations, retail store operations and development of the Giants web site. Before coming to the Giants, Pat was an executive with the Marine World/Africa USA and Sea World theme parks.

Barry Silberman has more than 30 years in the sports facilities industry. His latest project is the Uptown Charlotte arena for the newest NBA franchise, the Charlotte Bobcats. Barry previously supervised all stadium-related projects in Central and South America for Pan American Sports Stadiums. He founded Centre Management in Washington, DC, where as president he was responsible for assisting in the building of MCI Center, home of the Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals, and managing, developing and marketing MCI Center, U.S. Airways Arena (Capital Centre), Baltimore Arena and other arenas around the country.
