About the Show

Tracy Gosson has served as the Executive Director of Live Baltimore Home Center since its founding in 1998. She handles marketing, fundraising and new program development. Her background is in marketing and media, with more than ten years experience in film, television and advertising. A resident of Baltimore City since 1994, she renovated her own 3-story historic rowhouse in Butchers Hill.

Dr. Carolyn Martin is dean of faculty at Rainmaker Thinking and an expert on generational diversity and performance management. With Bruce Tulgan, Carolyn is the co-author of Managing Generation Y, and Managing the Generation Mix.
