This week on Smart City we're joining the "Urban Revolution" with our guest Jeb Brugmann. Jeb is an author and urban development consultant whose latest book, "The Urban Revolution: How Cities Are Changing the World," shows that the city is now a medium for revolutionary change.
We'll also speak with . His latest book, "So Much Reform, So Little Change," examines why almost 30 years of school reform have brought negligible change to urban public schools. We'll find out why, despite the best intentions of teachers, administrators, lawmakers and parents, urban public school systems still struggle to get it right.
