Why does one city succeed while another very similar city is left behind? This week on Smart City we take a look at two such industrial towns, and we'll also examine the uncertain future of Cleveland.

We'll also speak with Terry Schwarz of the Cleveland Urban Design Collective. She'll tell us about the unique challenges of redeveloping Cleveland and how she is using design to re-imagine the shrinking city.
