About the Show

Memphis 2005 is a plan that has guided unprecedented growth in the city.Ê Now, the economic vision is expanding to include the region.ÊÊDeveloped by Michael Gallis under the auspices of the Memphis Chamber, a new "conceptual framework" for the region will soon be unveiled.Ê Two years in the making, the framework identifies the area's strengths and suggests how, despite the lines on political maps, West Tennessee, North Mississippi and Eastern Arkansas can work together as a region.

Listen Sunday, 9 a.m., on the WKNO FM Stations.
