Don Carter is an architect, urban designer, and developer.Ê As principal in charge of Urban Design Associates in Pittsburgh, Don has been involved in some of AmericaÕs most prominent urban design projects.Ê His work includes riverfronts, stadiums and mixed-use developments in Cincinnati, Minneapolis and Pittsburgh and urban neighborhood revitalization projects everywhere.Ê Don is also a consultant to General Motors, Heinz, and Alcoa on the reuse of excess land parcels, including their potential for mixed use and residential developments.Ê
