About the Show

The City of Chicago is celebrating 100 years of Daniel Burnham.  Ever the local hero, Burnham is known as the man responsible for "The Chicago Plan" that many credit for Chicago's central role in the economy of the Midwest.  We'll talk with Emily Harris from Chicago Metropolis 2020 about what Burnham's Plan has meant to Chicago and where the city plans to go next.

And:  Avi Friedman has been called one of the world's top style setters by Wallpaper Magazine.  He'll join us to talk about the trends he's seen and the trends he's started in the way we design homes.
